    When you accept these terms and create a seal, we receive the name you entered, the seal code, and the time it was created. If you choose to use the optional form on this site, we also receive the email address you provide.

    How we use it

    We use this information to maintain a record of seals created through this service and to respond to you where you have given us an email address. We do not sell, rent, or trade it, and we do not use it for advertising.

    Service providers

    We use third-party providers to deliver form submissions to us and to serve the typefaces used on this site. Each receives only the information required to perform that function, under its own terms.

    Cookies and local storage

    We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Seals you create are stored in your browser's local storage so your list remains available to you. Clearing your browser data, or using the clear option on this site, removes that list from your device.

    Retention

    We retain submissions for as long as they serve the purpose for which they were provided, and remove them when they no longer do.

    IzzyStudio generates a decorative visual seal from a name you enter. It is a creative tool and nothing more.

    What a seal is not

    Acceptable use

    You must hold the rights to any name or content you enter. You may not use this service to impersonate any person or entity, to deceive or defraud, to infringe the rights of others, or for any unlawful purpose. We may restrict or refuse access at our discretion.

    Your seal

    You may use the image you generate. Generating a seal does not reserve a name and does not make a seal exclusive. The same name entered by anyone produces the same result.

    Availability

    The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Features and availability may change without notice.

    Limitation of liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service or of any seal generated through it. You are responsible for how you use, share, or publish any seal you generate.
